The first floor has an amazing five meter high vaulted ceiling and local stone floor. It comprises a master bedroom with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom and a large sitting room with a double sofa bed and a large french window onto a balcony overlooking the old town of Ostuni. Sliding doors between the bedroom and sitting room provide independent access to the bathroom facilities.
The second floor features a Puglia-style designer kitchen, fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher and everything you need to prepare a delicious dinner on the terrace. This room also contains a hotel quality double sofa bed, wardrobe and large bathroom with shower and wc, also convenient for use when on the terrace.
A table for six is situated on the lower terrace, protected from wind by high walls. It has a stunning view of the old town and neighbouring palazzo, while sun loungers and a comfortable sofa and chairs afford incredible views of 10km of coastline on the upper terrace. Exceptional sunsets can be enjoyed from here too.
Large double-glazed windows, thick walls and state-of-the-art fan coil air conditioning and heating units concealed in the stone walls keep the apartment cool in the summer, and warm and cosy in the cooler months. The apartment has been lovingly restored with traditional local furniture as well as a tailor-made four-poster bed and exquisite lighting features from Paris. All bed linen and towels are sea island cotton from Peter Jones in London.
